Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost
Standard tracked shipping is free.

Processing and Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or high order volumes may extend delivery times.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Split Shipments
Items may arrive separately when an order is fulfilled from more than one location.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact goalmetica@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery partner and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and your local delivery location. Contact us promptly if the package still cannot be found.
